MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO FAILING TO COMPLY WITH SEX OFFENDERS REGISTER
Dragos-Bogdan Caia appeared before Manchester Magistrates Court today, facing charges related to failing to comply with interim notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.The defendant was summoned in relation to allegations of not updating his status on the Sex Offenders Register, as legally required.

Today’s hearing was a plea hearing, during which Caia did not contest the charges.
