DENNIS GIBSON FROM HINCKLEY AND NUNEATON CHARGED WITH RAPE NEAR JUBILEE SPORTS CENTRE
A young man has been formally accused of committing a serious sexual assault in Nuneaton, raising concerns within the local community about safety and justice.According to reports from Warwickshire Police, the alleged incident occurred in close proximity to the skate park situated at the Jubilee Sports Centre, a popular recreational area in the town.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Dennis Gibson, aged 20, who resides on William Lliffe Street in Hinckley.
The police confirmed that Gibson has been formally charged with multiple offences related to the incident that took place on the evening of Monday, February 20.
The charges include the rape of a girl believed to be between the ages of 13 and 15, a crime that has shocked residents and prompted calls for increased vigilance in the area.
In addition to the rape charge, Dennis Gibson faces allegations of breaching a sexual harm prevention order, a legal restriction intended to protect minors from potential harm.
