A man responsible for multiple sexual assaults against a young boy in Dudley has received a prison sentence of three and a half years.
Additionally, his two brothers, also implicated in similar offenses, were sentenced to imprisonment.
Dennis Edwards, aged 54, was ordered to register as a sex offender for life and banned from working with children following his conviction at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
He was the final sibling to be sentenced out of three brothers, all found guilty of abusing a boy under the age of 14.
His conviction came after a trial where he faced three counts of indecent assault.
Judge Nicholas Webb remarked that the young victim had experienced significant emotional harm as a result of the crimes.
The judge also noted that reports indicated Edwards still posed a danger to children and showed no remorse for his actions.
It was revealed during proceedings on August 10 that Edwards had previously been convicted and imprisoned at Preston Crown Court for other indecent assault charges linked to the same series of offenses in Dudley.
His brother Thomas Edwards, aged 56 from Yew Tree Road, Dudley, was previously sentenced to three years, while Christopher Edwards from Aberystwyth also received a three-year term.
