April 2019 Paedophile jailed for 11 years for sexually assaulting girls A Devon paedophile has been jailed for 11 years after sexually abusing girls under 13 years old. Dean Jagger, 44, of Ivydean Road in Ivybridge, Devon, was convicted of two counts of sexually assaulting a child under 13 as well as three other offences. The court heard one of the victims was unable to sleep alone after the attacks and missed school. One victim has been left unable to build close relationships Jagger will also have to sign the Sex Offenders Register on release from prison and has been made subject to a sexual harm prevention order. He previously ran a skin clinic.
