DEAN FRAME OF DUNFERMLINE SENTENCED FOR VIOLENT AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR
A 23-year-old man from Dunfermline, Dean Frame of Bute Crescent, appeared before Dunfermline Sheriff Court after admitting to several acts of violence and abuse against his former partner.
The incident took place on February 5 at his residence on Lomond Crescent.
During the confrontation, he shouted, swore, and behaved aggressively, reportedly making offensive comments including calling her a “fat bitch.” In the course of the altercation, he pushed her from a chair onto the floor, resulting in an injury to her hand.
Following this, she contacted both the police and a friend.
The court was also told that shortly afterward, he assaulted her again by kicking her in the stomach.
Sheriff James MacDonald commented that the offence was “unpleasant,” and he sentenced Frame to a community payback order that includes 160 hours of unpaid work and 18 months of supervision.
