DEAN BURDEN FROM MANSFIELD SENTENCED TO 25 YEARS FOR CHILD ABUSE OFFENSES IN NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

In a significant case that has shocked the community of Mansfield and the wider Nottinghamshire area, Dean William Burden, aged 34, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term of 25 years after being convicted of multiple serious child abuse offences. The sentencing took place at Nottingham Crown Court, following a comprehensive 10-day trial during which the evidence against him was thoroughly examined and presented.

Burden's crimes spanned approximately 12 years, during which he engaged in a disturbing pattern of abuse against three young children. The court found him guilty of a total of 24 sexual offences, which included a range of abusive acts that inflicted lasting harm on his victims.
