DAVID MCFALL FROM DUNFERMLINE APPEARS IN COURT OVER STALKING CHARGES

A 61-year-old man from Dunfermline, named David McCall, has appeared in court to face allegations of stalking his former partner. The court was informed that between August 20 and September 1, at an address in Inchkeith Drive, Dunfermline, McCall engaged in a pattern of behavior intended to cause fear and distress to his ex-partner. These actions included visiting her home uninvited and despite her objections, lingering outside her residence, gazing through her windows, entering her back garden to loiter, repeatedly calling her by phone, and making upsetting remarks about self-harm.

Sheriff Charles MacNair ordered that reports be prepared, and McCall is due to be sentenced on December 6.
