October 2014 Paedophile avoids prison after making indecent images of children A paedophile who admitted making indecent images of children has walked free from court with a community order At the hearing on 15th October, 2014 at Leamington spa magistrates court, David Hyde (68) of Dunchurch, Rugby pleaded guilty to the following charge: Making indecent photographs/pseudo-photographs of a child David Hyde was sentenced as follows: Participate in an community sex offender programme for 100 days Attend appointments with the Responsible Officer or another person at such times and places as the officer says To pay costs of £85.00 to the Crown Prosecution Service Notification requirement to register with the police, namely Rugby Police Station for 5 years from 15/10/2014 Laptop and tower computer were both destroyed
