MUM 'PETRIFIED' AFTER SEX ATTACKER BAILED TO HOME ON SAME STREET AS HER
David Gordon, who also goes by the name David Musgrove, attacked a mother outside her home in a North Lanarkshire town on July 18.He approached her and made derogatory comments, then exposed himself and committed a solo sex act in front of her and her children.
Following this, Gordon slapped the mum, groped her, and attempted to kiss her.
He was later convicted of four charges, including public indecency with sexual aggravation, sexual exposure to a young child, sexual exposure to an older child, and threatening and abusive behaviour with an aggravated sexual orientation hate crime.
He is due to be sentenced at Hamilton Sheriff Court on December 23 but has been granted bail while social workers prepare reports.
The register of sex offenders includes his name, but he has bail conditions not to approach the victims.
He currently resides on the same street as the victim, near two primary schools, which has caused her significant fear and distress.
