DAVID FULLEYLOVE SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEX OFFENSES IN WARWICKSHIRE
A man from Warwickshire who engaged in disturbing online conversations with minors, sent explicit images, and exposed himself on camera has been sentenced to prison for his actions.David Fulleylove, aged 56 and residing on Weddington Road in Nuneaton, was found guilty of multiple charges related to his inappropriate conduct involving children.
The case came to light after Fulleylove initiated conversations with young girls on a popular online chat forum.
Under the pseudonym "Dangermouse69," he communicated with a girl he believed was only 12 years old.
During these exchanges, he requested and received an illicit photograph from a 14-year-old girl, demonstrating a clear awareness of her underage status.
The conversations revealed that Fulleylove was aware of the victims' ages more than once, yet he continued his inappropriate behavior.
In addition to soliciting explicit images, Fulleylove exposed himself on camera to other children, including a girl aged 12.
He also sent a series of explicit messages urging the girls to perform sexual acts on themselves and to send him pictures.
These actions constitute serious breaches of trust and legal boundaries, highlighting his predatory behavior.
Following his arrest at his home, Warwickshire Police seized several digital devices, including mobile phones and a computer, which are expected to contain evidence supporting the charges against him.
Fulleylove was charged with seven counts, including attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, attempting to incite a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity, and attempting to incite a girl aged 13 to 15 to do the same.
He also faced charges related to making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child.
At Warwick Crown Court, Fulleylove pleaded guilty to all seven charges.
His guilty pleas included four counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a minor, one count of attempting to cause a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity, one count of attempting to cause a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity, and one count of creating indecent images of a child.
The sentencing reflects the severity of his crimes.
Det Sgt David Moorman emphasized the long-term restrictions that will be placed on Fulleylove.
"For the next 15 years, he's not going to be able to touch an electronic device without us breathing down his neck, and for the rest of his life he's going to be registered as a sex offender.
Both of these things will put serious restrictions on the harm he can cause," he stated.
This case underscores the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat online child exploitation and protect vulnerable minors from predators like Fulleylove, whose actions have now resulted in significant legal consequences.
