LIVERPOOL MAN DARREN BARR JAILED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULTS AFTER PRETENDING TO HELP WOMEN IN DISTRESS

The victim managed to escape after hours of abuse.
Barr was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault and intentional strangulation related to these incidents.
He admitted to other sexual assault charges.
He was sentenced to nine years in prison and was also given a lifetime sex offenders register and a restraining order preventing contact with the victims.
The judge condemned him for exploiting the victims' vulnerabilities by pretending to help them and then attacking them while they were alone and distressed.
