When they arrived, after a brief delay, Cole opened the door and confirmed their suspicions by stating, “She’s here and safe.” However, the officers quickly observed love bites on the girl’s neck, indicating recent intimate contact. Cole was immediately arrested at the scene, and the girl was visibly upset, as court proceedings revealed.
Further inquiries revealed that Cole and the girl had maintained regular contact through social media, engaging in conversations of a sexualized nature. Evidence included discussions about her school, photographs of her in school uniform, and a graphic video involving Cole.
