IVER PAEDOPHILE DANNY RAYMOND SMITH JAILED FOR 16 YEARS
A Buckinghamshire paedophile was who abused two children over an eight-year period was caught with almost 5,000 indecent images.Danny Raymond Smith abused two children between 2017 and 2025, Amersham Law Courts was told this week.
The 34-year-old only came to the attention of the police when he tried to upload indecent images of children to a Google account.
He was arrested on July 23, 2025 following a warrant at his home on Bangors Close, Iver and was charged on July 24.
Thousands of indecent images were found on a computer belonging to him including 956 Category A photographs - the most severe kind.
Police also found 956 Category B images and 2,842 Category C images.
Smith pleaded guilty to five counts of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, two counts of raping a child under 13 and one count of sexual activity with a child.
He also admitted three counts of taking indecent photographs of a child during a hearing on November 14, 2025.
Smith was jailed for 16 years at a hearing on Monday, March 16 and has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life.
