Damian Kucharski, a 40-year-old resident of Banff, has found himself back in legal trouble after repeatedly disregarding court-imposed restrictions designed to protect his partner. His recent actions have raised serious concerns about his compliance with the legal system and the safety of those involved.

Earlier this year, Kucharski was convicted of domestic abuse, a conviction that came with strict bail conditions. Among these conditions was a clear prohibition against approaching or contacting his partner, a rule he was expected to follow diligently. However, despite these explicit restrictions, Kucharski was seen in the company of his partner in Fyvie, a development that alarmed authorities and prompted immediate action.

On the day of May 20, a vigilant member of the public noticed Kucharski and his partner walking together towards a certain location. Recognizing the potential breach of his bail conditions, the concerned citizen promptly contacted the police. When law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, they observed the pair attempting to flee. Kucharski, in an effort to evade arrest, took refuge in nearby gardens, attempting to hide from the officers. The police managed to trace him to a garden close by, where he was eventually apprehended for violating his bail terms.
