DAMIAN KINSTON SENTENCED TO 21 YEARS IN PRISON FOR CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULTS IN SWINDON
A man from Swindon has been handed a severe prison sentence of 21 years following his conviction for a series of heinous sexual offenses involving a minor.Damian Kinston, aged 27 and residing in Park North, was brought before Swindon Crown Court where he faced justice for his disturbing crimes.
Today, on the 18th of November, Kinston was formally sentenced after a trial that confirmed his guilt on multiple serious charges.
These included sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13, committing multiple counts of rape against a child under 13, engaging in sexual activities in the presence of a minor, and several assaults involving penetration of a child under 13.
The court heard evidence that painted a disturbing picture of Kinston’s actions, which have left a lasting impact on the young victim and their family.
In addition to the lengthy prison term, Kinston was subjected to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, a legal measure designed to restrict his behavior and prevent further offenses.
He has also been placed on the Sex Offenders Register, ensuring ongoing monitoring of his activities.
Furthermore, an indefinite restraining order has been issued, prohibiting him from approaching or contacting the victim or their family, thereby providing some measure of protection for those affected by his crimes.
