A man from Dunfermline, Dale O'Leary, has been sentenced to nearly three years in prison after a violent incident that involved abduction, threats, and physical assault.The disturbing events unfolded on May 9 at an address in Dunfermline, where O'Leary, aged 21, was found to have engaged in a series of aggressive and threatening behaviors that left a woman seriously injured and traumatized.
According to court reports, O'Leary was initially socializing with friends at the residence, drinking and playing cards.
However, his demeanor quickly turned hostile.
Witnesses and the prosecution described how he suddenly became aggressive, shouting abuse at those present.
The situation escalated when O'Leary physically assaulted one of the women, grabbing her by the throat and forcefully pushing her against a wall.
