LONDON RAPPER DVS SENTENCED FOR HORRIFIC RAPE AND TORTURE
London rapper Courtney Hutchinson, also known as DVS, was sentenced to 23 years in prison for a brutal three-day attack on a 20-year-old woman.
The assault included raping and torturing her with a hot iron, during which he kept her imprisoned in his flat in Inverness Mews, Bayswater.
He subjected her to severe violence, causing 40 injuries such as a fractured eye socket, broken nose, dislocated shoulder, stab wound, and burns.
Hutchinson told her she would die the next day and made her call her mother to say goodbye before raping her.
He continued his assault the next day, forcing her into a hot shower, stamping on her burns, filming her, and abusing her further.
The victim escaped naked into the street, where she was rescued by a passerby.
Hutchinson was arrested on February 10 and pleaded guilty to rape and false imprisonment, among other charges.
A police detective described him as a ‘truly dangerous offender’ and praised the victim’s bravery.
Hutchinson was also previously convicted of GBH with intent and will remain on the sex offenders register for life.
