Cambridge Man Jailed for Restraining Order Violations and Stalking

Cambridge Stalker
A man named Clifford Olive, aged 27, from Victoria Road, Cambridge, was sentenced to two years in prison after repeatedly breaching a restraining order imposed earlier this year. Olive had been ordered not to contact his former partner following his arrest on January 23, after he bombarded her with calls, voice notes, and messages after she ended their relationship. Despite the order, Olive violated it ten times, contacting her through new and withheld numbers, as well as fake social media accounts. He continued his harassment even after police intervention and a non-molestation order was issued. Olive was seen loitering near her home, shouting her name, and making silent calls. In May, he admitted to ten counts of breaching the non-molestation order and was convicted at Peterborough Crown Court, where he received a two-year prison sentence. The judge also ordered one count of stalking to be left on file, and advice about stalking and harassment can be found on the Cambridgeshire Constabulary website.
