According to the prosecution, Madhu Rai, at Birmingham Crown Court, described how the girl sat on the toilet and, after about five seconds, noticed a mobile phone being pushed under the door of her cubicle.
The phone was actively recording her without her knowledge, which caused her to feel an immediate sense of fear and distress.
Realizing she was being watched and recorded, the girl quickly fled from the restroom and confided in her father about what had happened.
