In a recent case that has shocked the local community, Christopher Richards, a resident of College Green in Upper Norwood, was convicted of a disturbing indecent exposure incident that took place in Crystal Palace Park. The incident, which occurred during the summer of the previous year, involved Richards deliberately exposing himself in a public space, targeting a mother and her child who happened to be passing through the park.

According to court reports, the woman first noticed Richards on August 18 last year as he was walking along a park pathway. She observed him pleasuring himself in a manner that was clearly visible to anyone nearby. The situation escalated later when she saw Richards sitting on the grass, wearing white running shorts without any underwear underneath. At this point, he was exposing his erect penis to her, an act that she witnessed while walking with her child. The incident was witnessed by others in the vicinity, raising concerns about the safety and appropriateness of public behavior in such a frequented area.
