MAN JAILED FOR NINE YEARS FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST GIRL
Christopher Geraghty, who has no fixed residence, was formally classified as “an offender of particular concern” by Judge Ahmed Nadim at Bradford Crown Court.Geraghty was found guilty by a jury on six charges, which included one count of assault by penetration along with five counts of sexual assault involving a minor.
The judge sentenced him to an extended nine-year prison term, followed by a 12-month period of extended licence supervision.
Additionally, he was subjected to a sexual harm prevention order that has no expiration date and was required to register as a sex offender indefinitely.
