MAN JAILED AFTER PLEADING GUILTY TO DISTRIBUTING INDECENT IMAGES

A man from Neath Port Talbot has received a prison sentence after admitting to charges related to indecent images of children and animals.

Chris Williams, aged 40 and from Cwmavon, was identified after a Kik account linked to his email uploaded two Category A indecent images of children in November 2024.

One of these images involved bestiality.

Further investigations revealed that Williams held a total of 62 accessible images depicting extreme pornography involving minors and animals.

In May, Williams pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including possession of extreme pornographic material, three counts of creating indecent images of a child, one count of taking an indecent picture of a child, and one count of distributing such images.

He was sentenced to 28 months in prison for his offenses.
