LONDON MAN CHARGED WITH FOUR COUNTS OF RAPE ACROSS CORNWALL AND DEVON

Police have confirmed that a London man has been charged with four counts of rape, allegedly committed across Cornwall and Devon against three complainants.

Chris Clark, 32, from Battersea Park Road, has been charged with the offences, which are alleged to have taken place in Truro, Torquay, and Paignton between September 2022 and July 2025.

A statement from Devon and Cornwall Police said: "A man has been charged with four counts of rape, allegedly committed across both Devon and Cornwall." Clark will next appear before Truro Crown Court on 6 January for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
