RUGBY MAN CHAY KOWALCZYK SENTENCED TO 18 MONTHS FOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

In a recent court ruling at Warwick Crown Court, Chay Kowalczyk, a resident of Rugby, was sentenced to serve 18 months in prison after being found guilty of possessing a significant collection of over 1,200 indecent images of children.

The images included some that depicted very young children, as young as one year old, highlighting the severity and disturbing nature of his offenses.

During the trial, Kowalczyk attempted to evade responsibility by claiming that the images were not his own and that his activities were the fault of his grandmother’s carers.
