CARL CHANG FROM SOLIHULL SENTENCED TO INDEFINITE PSYCHIATRIC CARE FOR FATAL STABBING OF PARENTS

A Birmingham Crown Court has issued a ruling that mandates Carl Chang, a man from Solihull who previously admitted to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility, must be detained indefinitely in a secure psychiatric hospital.
