The incidents took place between February 1 and March 11 at a property in Dunfermline and other locations.
On February 1, he displayed aggression towards her by shouting, seizing her phone, and throwing it, which resulted in it smashing.
Throughout this incident, he regularly shouted, swore, made derogatory remarks, and threatened to involve social services to take her child away.
On March 11, he inquired about her relationship with others, made further derogatory comments, and after a night out in Dunfermline, he threw her £600 phone into a neighbour’s garden, causing it to break.
He also sent abusive messages to her.
His defence solicitor acknowledged that he was intoxicated at the time and described his actions as disgraceful.
Sheriff Susan Duff sentenced him to a community payback order of 180 hours of unpaid work, 12 months of supervision, and issued a 12-month non-harassment order to prevent further abuse.
