On the day of the meeting, the girl was feeling unwell, and Mirza encouraged her to sit in the rear of his car, which was parked in the Avenue of Remembrance. During this encounter, Mirza proceeded to cover the car windows to prevent anyone passing by from seeing inside. It was during this private moment that he committed an indecent act in the presence of the young girl, an act that has caused significant concern and outrage.
Unbeknownst to Mirza, a vigilant member of police staff was nearby and noticed the suspicious behavior of the vehicle. The police were called to the scene, and officers approached the car.
