June 2010 WEST WICKHAM: Paedophile moves out of borough following neighbours’ protests A CONVICTED paedophile who shocked families when they discovered he was their neighbour has moved out of the Bromley borough. Households were outraged when they found out Arthur McGeogh, 47, was staying with his mother in Dixon Place, West Wickham. McGeogh was jailed for four years in December 2007 after being convicted of attempted rape and engaging in sexual activity with a girl under the age of 13. Mother-of-two Sarah Miles said she felt “freaked out” to live in the same road as him while neighbour Faye Hope said parents were deliberately avoiding the area when they walked their children to school. A police spokesman confirmed McGeogh had moved on and police are aware of his new address.
