ANTHONY HORWOOD REARRESTED IN BOURNEMOUTH AFTER BREAKING PAROLE AND THREATENING VICTIM

In a troubling development, Anthony Horwood, a 57-year-old man with a criminal history linked to sexual offenses, was once again taken into custody in Bournemouth after violating the conditions of his parole.
