ALANA MCBREARTY OF DUNFERMLINE FOUND GUILTY OF ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS STRAIGHTED HUSBAND
A woman from Dunfermline has been convicted of abusive conduct towards her estranged husband over nearly three years.
Alana McBrearty, 34, of Greenshank Drive, was found guilty of repeatedly behaving abusively towards her former partner between April 1, 2019, and January 20, 2022, at an address in Dunfermline and elsewhere.
During the incidents, she made derogatory remarks, attended her ex-husband's home uninvited, shouted and swore through the letter-box, repeatedly knocked on the door, and attempted to gain entry into the property.
On July 9, 2021, in Dunfermline, she also followed a vehicle driven by her ex-husband's partner.
The court deferred sentencing for further reports until November 16.
