August 2017 Pembroke: Man jailed for six years for assault and death threats A Pembroke man has been jailed for six years for threats to kill, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and sexual assault of a non-penetrative nature against a female, the sentence follows a trial which took place last month. Alan Haines, age 52, of Lowless Close was sentenced at Swansea Crown Court on Friday (Aug 4) by Mr Recorder Ifan Wyn Lloyd Jones. The offending took place in Pembroke Dock on February 2017  In the past, there were also allegations made of child abuse against very young children, which involved physical beatings The case had started at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court in March. The victim cannot be identified for legal reasons.
