Aidan Foy Domestic Abuser in Falkirk

Aidan Foy, aged 21, appeared before Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday after admitting to assaulting a woman and making threatening comments towards a 13-year-old girl.

The incidents took place at a residence in Bonnybridge on October 28 of the previous year, with the incident involving remarks related to the girl’s disability.

Prosecutor Rachel Hill stated that Foy arrived at the complainant’s home in an intoxicated state during the evening and was permitted entry.

His behavior then changed, and he pushed the woman, causing her to fall to the floor.

She began crying and questioned him about his actions, but he insisted he hadn’t done anything.

The complainant later moved into the living room, where another witness attempted to interact with Foy.

Despite this, his conduct persisted; he grabbed her arm and called her ‘autistic’ and a ‘mongol.’ Additionally, he told her to ‘go and slit your wrists’ and ‘go and kill yourself.’
