A CHESHIRE man has admitted breaching his sexual harm prevention order (SHPO).The defendant, Adrian Barrah, 67, of Tattenhall Road, in Tattenhall, pleaded guilty to one breach at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday. The court was informed that police responded to a report on January 9 this year when officers found Barrah at a property with children under 18 on his own.The court revealed that Adrian Barrah is a registered sex offender who was subject to a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), made in September 2023 at Chester Crown Court. The court will reconvene on Tuesday, February 25, for sentencing related to this breach. Notably, the court did not order a pre-sentence report.
