ADAM WHALEY FROM N. CORNWALL RECEIVES COMMUNITY ORDER FOR SEX OFFENSES

In a recent court proceeding held at Truro Crown Court, 54-year-old Adam Whaley from North Cornwall was formally sentenced after admitting to a series of serious charges related to the possession of indecent images of children.

The charges, totaling 32 in number, were acknowledged by Whaley during an earlier hearing, leading to a judicial decision that aims to monitor and rehabilitate the offender.

Judge Christopher Elwen presided over the case and handed down a 24-month community order, which includes strict supervision and mandatory participation in the internet sexual offenders' programme.
