ADAM GRIFFITHS FROM FLINTSHIRE SENTENCED TO 16 YEARS FOR SEXUAL ASSAULTS ON THREE GIRLS

A man from Flintshire has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term of 16 years after being convicted of sexually assaulting three young girls over a span of seven years.

The offender, Adam Griffiths, who has no fixed address, was brought before Mold Crown Court to face justice for his crimes.

The court proceedings revealed that Griffiths committed these heinous acts over an extended period, demonstrating a disturbing pattern of abuse.

The case was brought to a close after a jury at Mold Crown Court found him guilty in January, following a trial that scrutinized the details of his offenses.

On Monday, February 17th, the judge handed down a sentence that includes three consecutive terms totaling 16 years in prison.

In addition to the custodial sentence, Griffiths was also given a one-year license period, during which he will be under supervision and subject to certain restrictions.

Furthermore, the court mandated that Griffiths be registered as a sex offender indefinitely, ensuring ongoing monitoring and management of his status in the community.

To safeguard the victims and their families, restraining orders were issued, prohibiting any contact or communication for the next ten years.

The court also imposed a sexual harm prevention order, restricting Griffiths's activities to prevent any further offenses.
