AARON PRESSDEE AND SHOCKING SEXUAL ASSAULT IN CHESHIRE
A chef accused of subjecting a woman to a disturbing and humiliating sexual assault demonstrated no remorse for his actions, according to court reports.Aaron Pressdee, a 37-year-old man residing on Frank Street in Widnes, was described during proceedings at Liverpool Crown Court as being 'extremely manipulative' and lacking any sense of guilt over his heinous crime.
The court heard that Pressdee committed the assault in a manner that was both sickening and degrading.
Following the attack, he callously referred to his victim as a 'dog,' further highlighting his callous attitude.
The incident has shocked the local community and added to Pressdee’s troubling criminal history.
Pressdee’s criminal record is extensive, with a total of 17 previous convictions.
His past offenses include a violent assault resulting in actual bodily harm against a two-year-old child, and an incident where he caused a severe laceration to a 17-year-old girl with a bottle.
These prior convictions paint a picture of a man with a long history of violent and aggressive behavior.
During the court hearing, Carmel Wilde, representing Pressdee, provided context for his behavior.
She explained that his actions are influenced by untreated ADHD and ongoing drug use, which contribute to his lack of restraint.
Wilde also highlighted that Pressdee had experienced a difficult and traumatic upbringing, marked by multiple bereavements and personal losses.
She described his recent offense as 'sneaky, mean, and disgusting,' but suggested that he might pose less of a risk once he has served his sentence and is released back into society.
Wilde also noted that Pressdee expressed a desire to return to his previous profession as a chef.
Following a trial prosecuted by Matthew Dunford, Pressdee was found guilty of sexual assault.

The judge, Judge Anil Murray, sentenced him to five years in prison, with an additional three-year extended license period.
Furthermore, Pressdee was subjected to a 10-year restraining order and was ordered to register as a sex offender for life.
In his sentencing remarks, Judge Murray emphasized the defendant’s manipulative nature and lack of remorse.
He stated, 'You thought you could commit this offence and she would either not have the confidence to report you to the police or you could talk your way out of it if she did go to the police.' The judge’s comments underscore the severity of the crime and the defendant’s attitude, which was characterized as callous and unrepentant.
